Migration of device intrauterine (IUD) are exceptional, particularly within the fallopian tube. The authors report a case of complicated pelvic inflammatory disease, tubal migration, one month after the insertion of an IUD. They recall the interest of radiographic and ultrasound scans in the diagnosis of this complication. Removal of the IUD was conducted by a mini laparotomy.

Abstract
Migration of device intrauterine (IUD) are exceptional, particularly within the fallopian tube. Introduction: Les migrations de dispositif intra utérin (DIU) sont exceptionnelles, particulièrement au sein de la trompe utérine. Méthodes: Les auteurs rapportent un cas de migration tubaire, compliquée de salpingite, un mois après l’insertion d’un DIU. Résultats: Ils rappellent l’intérêt des explorations radiographiques et échographiques dans le diagnostic de cette complication. L’ablation du DIU a été réalisée par une mini laparotomie. Conclusion: Les migrations par perforation utérine sont exceptionnelles. Les examens d’imagerie médicale permettent de mettre en évidence cette complication et de localiser le DIU.
