In our world, the increase of vehicles in each city has been a constant problem causing an misnamed "vehicular congestion", the same that has been fought for each administrative sector, in this article, noting that they are the best tools for creating software that enables recommend solutions in vehicle descongestion, which is vital to a centralized approach fulfilling tasks, optimizing time resources are used to analyze the parameters that influence the vehicular congestion.

Abstract

En nuestro mundo, el aumento de vehículos en cada ciudad ha sido una constante problemática ocasionando un mal llamado "Congestionamiento Vehicular", el mismo, que ha sido combatido por cada sector administrativo. En este artículo observaremos cuales son las mejores herramientas para la creación de un software que permita recomendar soluciones en el descongestionamiento vehicular, son de vital importancia, con un enfoque centralizado en cumplir tareas, optimizando el tiempo y los recursos que se utilizan para analizar parámetros que influyen en el congestionamiento vehicular.
