This article analyzes the perception of the inhabitants of Nyangezi about the care offered by the general reference hospital of Nyangezi. Having noted the use of this population for charlatans and or prayer rooms in the first place, for a late recourse to our care; we thought we would do this research to find out what the people of Nyangezi think about the care offered by HGR / NYANGEZI. There is a need here to diagnose the level of satisfaction of the inhabitants of Nyangezi on the care offered by the general reference hospital of Nyangezi and present to the hospital team, as well as other bodies involved, the guidelines for remedy this situation. The hospital service is indeed complex and presents many aspects such as reception, care, medical monitoring, carrying out technical examinations,… the more the care services are abundant, the more the grounds where one can express his dissatisfaction are numerous..

Abstract

Cet article analyse la perception des habitants de Nyangezi sur les soins offerts par l’hôpital général de référence de Nyangezi. Ayant constaté le recours de cette population aux charlatans et ou aux chambres de prière en premier lieu, pour un recours tardif à nos soins ; nous avons pensé mener cette recherche afin de découvrir ce que pensent les habitants de Nyangezi en rapport avec les soins offerts par l’HGR/NYANGEZI. Il est ici un besoin de diagnostiquer le niveau de satisfaction des habitants de Nyangezi sur les soins offerts par l’hôpital général de référence de Nyangezi et présenter à l’équipe de l’hôpital, ainsi que d’autres instances impliquées, les orientations pour remédier à cette situation. Le service hospitalier est en effet complexe et présente de nombreux aspects tels que l’accueil, les soins, le suivi médical, la réalisation d’examens techniques, … plus les services de soins sont abondants, plus les terrains où l’on peut exprimer son insatisfaction sont nombreux.
