Abstract


The study of all this which is linked to hunting rites, as well as ideology, has always been important in Prehistory, especially for the Upper Paleolithic. The rite constitutes a particular moment from the point of view of the hunting of an animal, hunting of locusts, the death of a customary leader, hunting songs, death of a chief hunter. This study was carried out in the Tshofa sector, Lubao Territory, Lomami Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The survey method supported by the interview technique served as a framework for collecting useful information.

L’étude de tout ceci qui se rattache aux rites de chasse, en tant que de l’idéologie, a toujours revêtu une importance en Préhistoire, surtout pour la Paléolithique supérieure. Le rite constitue un moment particulier du point de vue la chasse d’un animal, chasse de sauterelles, la mort d’un chef coutumier, chants de chasse, mort d’un chef des chasseurs. Cette étude a été menée dans le secteur de Tshofa, Territoire de Lubao, Province de Lomami en République Démocratique de Congo. La méthode d’enquête appuyée par la technique d’interview a servi de cadre pour récolter les informations utiles.
