This study is related to a cross reading of the legislation governing the waste processing in the Democratic republic of the Congo (DRC), the Cameroon and in Congo-Brazza. It is important to note that one concise inventory of the legal texts reveal that there is an innovation in the taking into account of the question related to the non biodegradable packing in these countries. Work accidents and occupational illnesses at RVM Industrial Ecosystem (Boma, D R Congo). This paper reports on work accidents and occupational diseases at RVM/ Boma in D R Congo. Our investigations based on direct observations, literature search and interviewes revealed the effectiveness of such accidents and occupational diseases at RVM industrial ecosystem. This paper is for sensitization and awareness raising within professional ecosystem.
